RETURNS/EXCHANGE/ REFUND CONDITIONS
The following are the mandatory conditions for any returns or exchange requests.
- All return and Exchange requests are valid for a period of 3 Days from the Delivery date (including the date of delivery). So if delivery is done on the 1st of the Month, requests will not be entertained from the 3rd of the same month.
- All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact.
- All items must be unused, intact, and in their original functional condition with no scratches, and should contain all receipts.
- If there is any damage or a Broken Part, a request for the same should be generated within 48 hours of receipt.
If one or more of the above conditions is not met, a request for exchange or return will not be entertained.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES CASES
You can return the products within 3 Days after the product delivery date, as per the following cases.
Case 1: Product not as described
(A)Exchange
If there is a visible fault with the product, you can send the item back to us with the original packaging and invoice. We will send a replacement of the same after we have received the product.
(B)Refund
In case the exchange item does not solve the issue, we will credit the amount to your bank or the original mode of payment.
Shipping will be arranged by N-Lighten, and a pickup label will be shared. You need to place the pickup label printout on the package without fail for the exchange or refund to be processed.
Case 2: Product as described.
If you wish to return the product within 3 days of delivery, please send it back to us. Only Exchange of the product with another product is applicable, and Transit charges (forward and return shipping charges) will be deducted. Refund of the Product will not be entertained in this case.
Please see that Exchanges will be made only after the product is received and is checked to be in satisfactory condition only.
Case 3: Order Cancellation
Cancellation done before the item shipment will be refunded. In case a cancellation is done after the shipping, shipping charges and RTO charges will be deducted, and the Rest amount will be refunded.

OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All items that are returned and exchanged can only be exchanged once.
- In case the delivery of item(s) is not accepted by the buyer, the deposit amount will be forfeited, and no refund will be applicable.
- N-Lighten reserves the right and full discretion to disqualify you from enjoying free returns if the subsequent item(s) for return or exchange are of the same item(s) as a previous order
- Our returns and exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear on a product.
- N-Lighten makes no warranty in respect of any product, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality, compliance with description, and fitness for a particular purpose
- Such returns are at all times governed by the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act of India
- Business hours are from Monday to Saturday, 11.30 AM to 7.00 PM.
- All decisions made by N-Lighten are final and binding.
- All Disputes are subject to the Jaipur jurisdiction only.
- Timeline for all Refunds to be credited in around 5-7 Days. Given the fact that the return item is sent and received back at the aforementioned address.
