RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Following are the mandatory conditions for any returns or exchange requests.
- All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact.
- All items must be unused, intact, and in their original functional condition.
- Lamps or lights should have no marks on them.
- Originals receipts would need to be included.
- Return/Exchange request is raised within 10 Days of Delivery
- If there is any damage or Broken Part, a request for the same should be generated within 48 Hrs of the receipt.
If one or more of the above conditions is not met, a request for exchange or return will not be entertained.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES CASES
You can return the products 10 Days after the product delivery date.
Case1: Product not as described
If there is a visible fault with the product you can send the item back to us with the original packaging and invoice. We will send a replacement of the same after we have received the product. In case that does not solve the issue, we will credit the amount in the store wallet which can be used as offset any future purchases or in your bank or in form of store credit. Also, if there are minor issues with the part, a partial refund or store credit will be issued on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping will be arranged by N-Lighten.
Refund in Case 1
All refunds, in this case, will are being done in form of store credit which can be used for all future purchases or in the original mode of payment after deduction of the any applicable fee.
Case2: Product as described.
In case you want to return the product within 10 days of delivery, you can send the product back to us. 10% of the invoice amount (12% in case of COD orders) plus shipping and RTO charges will be charged as a restocking fee and the rest will be credited in form of store credit only. Please make sure that the item is sent back to us is in the original packaging and invoice. The amount will be credited only after receipt and inspection of the item at our end. Shipping will be arranged by the customer side.
Refund in Case 2
All refunds in this case are done in form of store credit only.This is after inspection and approval of our team. This will take up to 3-5 business days after receipt of the item.
Cancellation
Cancellation done prior to the item shipment will be refunded. In case a cancellation is done after the shipping, shipping charges will be deducted. If delivery is not accepted at the time of delivery, 10% of the invoice amount and shipping charges will be deducted.

OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All items that are returned and exchanged, can only be made once.
- In case the delivery of item(s) is not accepted by the buyer, the deposit amount will be forfeited and no refund will be applicable.
- N-Lighten reserves the right and full discretion to disqualify you from enjoying free returns if the subsequent item(s) for return or exchange are of the same item(s) as a previous order
- Our returns and exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wears and tears a product.
- N-Lighten makes no warranty in respect of any product, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality, compliance with description, and fitness for a particular purpose
- Such returns are at all times governed by the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act of India
- Business hours are from Monday to Friday 10.30 PM to 7.00 PM
- All decisions made by N-Lighten is final and binding.
- All Disputes are subjected to Jaipur jurisdiction only.
